Diese Datenschutzerklärung informiert Sie über die Verarbeitung personenbezogener und technischer Daten bei der Nutzung der Android-App SGallery. Der Schutz Ihrer Privatsphäre und Ihrer persönlichen Medien hat für uns höchste Priorität.

3. Beschreibung der App

SGallery ist eine Android-Galerie-App zur Verwaltung, Organisation und Bearbeitung von Fotos und Videos. Die App bietet unter anderem:

  • Anzeige und Verwaltung von Fotos und Videos
  • Swipe-Modus zur schnellen Organisation
  • Papierkorb zur Wiederherstellung
  • Privatordner mit PIN-Schutz für sensible Medien
  • Favoriten-Markierung
  • Integrierte Bildbearbeitung
  • Weitgehende Offline-Nutzung der Kernfunktionen

4. Zugriff auf Fotos und Videos (Strikt lokale Verarbeitung)

SGallery benötigt Zugriff auf den Speicher (Fotos und Videos) Ihres Geräts, um Medien anzuzeigen, zu verwalten, zu bearbeiten und zu organisieren.
Wichtig: Ihre Fotos und Videos werden zu 100 % lokal auf Ihrem Gerät verarbeitet. Es findet keine Übertragung, kein Upload und keine Analyse Ihrer persönlichen Fotos oder Videos auf Servern der TBY Group oder durch Drittanbieter statt.

5. Privatordner

Medien, die Sie in den Privatordner verschieben, verbleiben ausschließlich auf Ihrem Gerät und werden in einem separaten, PIN-geschützten Bereich verborgen. Wenn Sie die App deinstallieren oder die App-Daten löschen, werden auch diese Dateien dauerhaft vom Gerät entfernt.

6. Lokale Speicherung

SGallery speichert App-Einstellungen (wie z. B. Ihre PIN oder Sortiereinstellungen) und Funktionsdaten rein lokal auf Ihrem Gerät. Es ist keine Registrierung erforderlich und es wird kein Benutzerkonto erstellt.

7. Einbindung von Drittanbieter-Diensten (Google AdMob)

Zur Finanzierung der kostenfreien App-Version kann SGallery Werbung über Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited) anzeigen. Hierfür benötigt die App eine Internetverbindung. Um personalisierte Werbung auszuspielen und die Leistung von Anzeigen zu messen, verarbeitet Google technische Daten. Dies umfasst unter anderem:

  • Geräteinformationen
  • Werbe-IDs (z. B. Google Advertising ID)
  • Technische Nutzungsdaten
  • Ungefähre Standortinformationen

Es werden niemals Ihre Fotos, Videos oder Dateinamen an Google AdMob übermittelt.

8. Analyse und Fehlerbehebung (Google Firebase)

Um die Stabilität der App zu gewährleisten und technische Fehler schnell zu beheben, nutzen wir Google Firebase (Google Ireland Limited). Dabei werden ausschließlich technische Diagnosedaten verarbeitet, darunter:

  • Geräteinformationen (Modell, Marke)
  • Verwendete App-Version und Betriebssystemversion
  • Absturzberichte (Crashlytics)
  • Anonymisierte technische Nutzungsdaten

Ihre persönlichen Mediendateien (Fotos/Videos) sind von dieser Erfassung strikt ausgeschlossen.

11. Ihre Rechte als Nutzer

Sie haben im Rahmen der DSGVO das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Widerspruch und Beschwerde bei einer Datenschutzaufsichtsbehörde.

This privacy policy informs you about the processing of personal and technical data when using the Android app SGallery. Protecting your privacy and personal media is our highest priority.

3. App Description

SGallery is an Android gallery app for managing, organizing, and editing photos and videos. Features include:

  • Display and management of photos and videos
  • Swipe mode for quick organization
  • Recycle bin for recovery
  • Private folder with PIN protection for sensitive media
  • Favorites marking
  • Built-in photo editor
  • Largely offline use of core functions

4. Access to Photos and Videos (Strictly Local Processing)

SGallery requires access to your device's storage (photos and videos) to display, manage, edit and organize media.
Important: Your photos and videos are processed 100% locally on your device. No personal photos or videos are transmitted, uploaded or analyzed on TBY Group servers or by third parties.

5. Private Folder

Media moved to the private folder remain exclusively on your device in a separate PIN-protected area. If you uninstall the app or clear app data, these files will be permanently removed from your device.

6. Local Storage

SGallery stores app settings (e.g. your PIN or sorting preferences) and functional data purely locally on your device. No registration is required and no user account is created.

7. Third-Party Services (Google AdMob)

To fund the free version of the app, SGallery may display ads via Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited). To serve personalized ads and measure ad performance, Google processes technical data including:

  • Device information
  • Advertising IDs (e.g. Google Advertising ID)
  • Technical usage data
  • Approximate location information

Your photos, videos or file names are never transmitted to Google AdMob.

3. Описание приложения

SGallery — это Android-приложение для управления, организации и редактирования фото и видео. Функции включают:

  • Просмотр и управление фото и видео
  • Режим свайпа для быстрой организации
  • Корзина для восстановления файлов
  • Приватная папка с PIN-защитой
  • Отметка избранного
  • Встроенный редактор фотографий
  • Работа в основном без интернета

4. Доступ к фото и видео (исключительно локальная обработка)

SGallery требует доступа к хранилищу вашего устройства для отображения, управления и редактирования медиафайлов.
Важно: Ваши фото и видео обрабатываются на 100% локально на вашем устройстве. Никакие личные фото или видео не передаются, не загружаются и не анализируются на серверах TBY Group или третьими сторонами.

5. Приватная папка

Медиафайлы, перемещённые в приватную папку, остаются исключительно на вашем устройстве в отдельной зоне с PIN-защитой. При удалении приложения или очистке данных эти файлы также будут удалены с устройства.

6. Локальное хранение

SGallery хранит настройки приложения (например, PIN или параметры сортировки) исключительно локально на вашем устройстве. Регистрация не требуется, учётная запись не создаётся.

7. Сторонние сервисы (Google AdMob)

Для финансирования бесплатной версии приложения SGallery может показывать рекламу через Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited). Для показа персонализированной рекламы Google обрабатывает технические данные, в том числе:

  • Информацию об устройстве
  • Рекламные идентификаторы (Google Advertising ID)
  • Технические данные об использовании
  • Приблизительные данные о местоположении

Ваши фото, видео или имена файлов никогда не передаются в Google AdMob.
